August 7, 2020 - Please review the below for several important updates from the Corporation, regarding new policies and recent events.

Covid 19 Protocols:

New Building Policy - Face masks are to be worn inside the building & on common elements.

With the demographic of the building and the city enforcing its own mask policy, the Corporation must follow suit to protect owners and residents, and enforce that masks should be worn when inside the building common elements. We have also set up a hand sanitizing station inside the lobby doors for your convenience and safety. Please ensure all visitors and service providers you allow in are following this guideline.

New Building Cleaner:

The Board would like to inform owners that a new building cleaner will be starting August 10th, 2020. The Board has hired Ashley Robson to take over the cleaning duties of 693 Windermere Rd. Sebouh has worked on behalf of the building for a long time and we wish him all the best on his future endeavors.

Ashley will be responsible for the building cleaning as well as booking the elevator for move in & out, as well as the guest suite and activity room rentals. You can contact Ashley by emailing – london.condon.corp.65@gmail.com or calling - 226-984-7773 for any booking requirements.

Garage Door & FOB Issues:

This past weekend we had a power failure at 6:05AM on Sunday August 2nd which knocked the Security and FOB system offline. These issues have since been rectified, as you are most likely aware, however, we had several owners notify the Board that their FOBs were still not working. In a test conducted by myself and Ron, we determined that every FOB was working. We aren’t sure if this is user error or if the batteries on your FOBs are getting low, but please confirm these two options first. The Board has requested Battery Backup Systems be quoted to prevent this from happening in the future.

Security Cameras:

Approximately two weeks ago the Corporation went forward with the installation of a security camera system for the building (following several requests from owners). The four cameras cover: the parking garage entrance, the Windermere Road entrance, the visitor parking lot, and the lobby entrance. We have also provided this to the London Police. Unfortunately, we had several cars broken into and it is important to not leave anything of value in cars if possible.

Balcony Railing Project:

This project is presently being reviewed by our Building Engineers. We will provide updates on this as it progresses.

October 21, 2019 - Please be aware that Metro Jet Wash will be back Tuesday October 22nd at 9AM to replace several of the drain grates that are severely rusted in the parking garage. We advise owners that park adjacent to / over these grates to relocate their vehicles as necessary.

August 24, 2019 - Please be aware that the Parking Garage will be cleaned on August 25th, from 9am until 5pm. We will require all vehicles to be removed from the garage for the duration of the cleaning.
